Who are we?

CSUK was formed in 2003 by Angela Birch, CSUK Managing Director, Teenage Pregnancy Consultant, Counsellor in the Development of Learning, ANLP NLP Master Practitioner & ANLP Diploma in Hypnotherapy

Core Team

Angela Birch in addition to project managing CSUK Business Consultancy services she is also the creator of the ASPIRE NLP & Life Coaching Programmes (Young Women, Young Men & Stimulus Essentials NLP programme).  She wrote ASPIRE in response to the trauma and the barriers she faced in her childhood; it is the programme she would have wished, to have had.  A mother to two adult children who both have successful careers in the City, she strongly believes that she is a success today due to her firm belief and vision in her ability to aspire.  Using NLP and Life Coaching techniques she now wants to ensure all young people, in particular those labelled as ‘challenging’ and ‘at risk’ have the opportunity to fulfil their full potential.

Aaron Charles is Head of Mentoring at Merrill Lynch, as a CSUK Facilitator for the ASPIRE Young Men’s Programme, he brings with him experience of the conflicting challenges that young men can face in society in their quest to be men.

Jude Boardman is Head of CSUK Life Coaching and is responsible for recruiting CSUK Life Coaches and ensuring the delivery of the Life Coaching element of the ASPIRE programmes. An experienced Life Coach she is a wife and mother to two young children and has a strong focus on young people and parents.

CSUK consultants – we also have a flexible team of business consultants who work for CSUK on a project by project basis, ensuring we have the right skill mix and level of experience required for each project.
